Introducing our New Knowledge Base Platform
We're excited to announce an upcoming improvement to how we provide support: in early April, CTA will transition to Freshdesk for our new knowledge base platform and support ticketing system.
What does this mean for our users? We anticipate minimal changes to your experience sending in tickets and receiving support. However, the biggest change will be the inability to access any current knowledge base URLs in Zendesk after the transition date. We will send additional guidance to users soon on the changes and upcoming improvements!
Otherwise, users can continue to send support tickets directly to help@techallies.org before and after the transition period. CTA’s team will continue to respond to questions through this email address during operating hours.
Before we fully transition to Freshdesk, we encourage you to check out our new knowledge base platform and switch over any bookmarks of articles relevant to your work. That way, you can save and reference any articles without interruption as we sunset the existing platform.
